This gin captures the essence of the islands with standout ingredients like fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, mango, Benguet pine, sampaguita, and ylang-ylang, creating a vibrant aromatic profile that’s both exotic and refined.

On the nose, it opens with a burst of citrus from pomelo and calamansi, layered over coriander, juniper, and subtle hints of ripe mango and lavender. The palate builds with bright, zesty citrus notes mingled with pine-driven spice, softened by chamomile and angelica root. Undertones of lemongrass, cinnamon, and black pepper add warmth and complexity, while the finish leaves a cooling impression with lemon balm and cardamom.
