Crafted in the heart of Languedoc, the Gerard Bertrand Art de Vivre Clairette White Wine 2020 pays homage to the Mediterranean’s rich winemaking history and enduring beauty. This wine is made from Clairette, an ancient grape variety traditionally vinified to preserve its gentle sweetness and aromatic complexity. Housed in a distinctive clay bottle inspired by early amphorae, it invites drinkers into a two-thousand-year-old story of viticulture and artistic heritage.
On the nose and palate, this vintage opens with the crisp charm of pear, peach, and delicate plum, framed by a vibrant straw-yellow hue laced with green reflections. The texture is fresh and refined, with a lightly sweet finish achieved through cold-stopped fermentation, preserving both its elegance and 12 grams of natural sugar. Only the first pressings of grapes harvested at dawn are used, ensuring clarity and aromatic purity.
Ideal served at 10°C, it’s an expressive white wine that shines as an aperitif or when paired with light salads and seafood. Art de Vivre Clairette is more than a wine—it’s a celebration of Mediterranean terroir and tradition, designed for slow enjoyment and shared moments.
